Position: Grooming Salon Manager

Requirements: 2 or more years’ experience as a professional groomer and/or completion of a technical grooming training program; strong leadership skills with 1-2 years previous experience of salon management preferred; high school diploma or GED preferred; very strong verbal and written communication skills; expert knowledge of various dog breeds, grooming requirements, and behaviors; genuine passion for animals; strong decision-making and problem-solving skills; availability to work full time at a minimum of 35 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
