Position: Grooming Salon Manager

Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; 2 or more years of experience as a professional groomer and/or completion of a technical grooming training program; Strong leadership skills with 1-2 years of salon management experience; Very strong verbal and written communication skills; Expert knowledge of various dog breeds, grooming requirements, and behaviors; Genuine passion for animals; Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills; Results-driven with a focus on salon productivity; Detail-oriented individual capable of handling pets of all sizes and temperaments; Availability to work full time, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
