Position: Grocery Manager
About: Sprouts Farmers Market is a rapidly growing retailer known for offering high-quality, farm-fresh produce, natural meats, and a variety of bulk goods in a friendly and old-fashioned farmer’s market setting. We are currently seeking a Grocery Manager to oversee multiple customer-focused departments and lead a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age; possess 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or service industry; have excellent communication skills, leadership ability, and problem-solving skills; maintain Food Safety certification; demonstrate strong organization and planning abilities; able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
