Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous experience in a restaurant or banquet setting preferred; must have or be able to obtain appropriate food handling certifications; able to obtain current alcohol service certifications and training, preferred; excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing situations; basic knowledge of food and beverage items; ability to handle cash transactions accurately; ability to stand and walk for extended periods; capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds; good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
