Position: Grill Operator – Wendy’s $16-$35/hr
About: Wendy’s is currently seeking Grill Operators to join their team. Grill Operators at Wendy’s play a key role in enhancing the guest experience by cooking small batches of products throughout the shift to ensure the freshest and juiciest food. Additionally, they assist in maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards both inside and outside the restaurant, supported by the necessary tools and training provided by Wendy’s.
Requirements: No experience required; ability to operate specific cooking equipment, cut food products, and prepare orders; must be capable of fulfilling physical tasks such as filtering oil fryers, unloading delivery trucks, and maintaining cleanliness standards; capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
