Position: Grill Operator – Wendy’s $16-$35/hr
About: Wendy’s is currently seeking Grill Operators to join their team. Grill Operators play a crucial role in maximizing the guest experience by cooking small batches of products multiple times during the shift to ensure the freshest and juiciest food all day. They also assist in maintaining exceptional cleanliness both inside and outside the restaurant, supported by the tools and training provided by Wendy’s.
Requirements: No experience required; ability to operate specific cooking equipment, cut food products, and prepare orders; must be capable of unloading delivery trucks at least twice a week; willingness to maintain cleanliness of equipment, grounds, and facilities; adept at handling tasks like filtering oil fryers and taking out trash
