Position: Grill Cook (Front or Back Grill)

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to take direction and work in a team environment; ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure; commitment to quality service and food & beverage knowledge; knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures; basic English language and professional communication skills required; able to independently lift up to 15lbs for an extended period; able to stand, walk, and handle physical tasks throughout the shift; hand-eye coordination, reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, pushing, pulling, lifting overhead; must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants
