Position: Grill Cook
About: Cava is a restaurant seeking Kitchen Staff including Line Cooks and Prep Cooks. As a Grill Cook at Cava, you will be responsible for preparing food according to the recipe book, following food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures, restocking the front line with prepared product during peak hours, restocking cook stations and keeping them clean and organized, ensuring the overall cleanliness of the restaurant, and putting deliveries away. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen setting preferred; strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; excellent organizational skills
