About: Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa is looking for a welcoming and engaging Greeter to join the team at Mavericks Roadhouse, their restaurant. The Greeter plays a crucial role in setting the tone for guests’ dining experience, providing personalized service and shaping the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. This position involves constant customer interaction in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior restaurant experience is mandatory; exceptional verbal communication skills; friendly and welcoming demeanor; ability to meet the needs of guests in a fast-paced setting
