About: Din Tai Fung is a Chinese restaurant specializing in Xiao Long Bao, or steamed soup dumplings, with a history originating in Taiwan as a cooking oil retail business in 1958. Since transforming into a dumpling and noodle restaurant in 1972, Din Tai Fung has gained global recognition for its quality, standardization, and service. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals for a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; experience preferred but not required; flexible work schedule; ability to stand for long periods of time; positive and professional attitude
