About: As a Greeter at Walmart, you will be the first point of contact for customers as they enter the store. Your warm and friendly demeanor will create a welcoming atmosphere and set the tone for a positive shopping experience. You will greet customers with a smile, provide assistance as needed, and offer guidance to various store departments or services. Your presence will enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to Walmart’s reputation as a friendly and customer-focused retailer.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; basic knowledge of store layout, products, and services offered by Walmart; flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure; excellent interpersonal and communication skills
