Position: Graphic Design Manager
About: The Boca Raton is seeking a dedicated in-house graphic designer responsible for conceptualizing and designing projects for various channels, including printed materials and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and creative designer with a strong eye for design, typography, and layout, passionate about graphic design, and innovative within brand guidelines and strategy.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a relevant creative field; minimum of 5-6 years of graphic design experience in the luxury and/or hospitality industry preferred; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator; experience with print production process and digital media; experience in WordPress or other CMS preferred; proficiency working with a management tool such as Monday.com preferred; familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred; excellent skills in photo editing, typography, and layout with an eye for elevated, luxury aesthetics; solution-oriented with flexibility and ability to pivot based on business needs in a deadline-driven atmosphere; clear and proactive communication skills; strong attention to detail; collaborative, self-motivated, and strong time management and organizational skills
