Position: Grand Café Assistant General Manager
About: A restaurant in search of a General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations in accordance with established policies and procedures, administer training programs, direct the development and administration of controls, maintain high standards of food preparation and service, monitor team members’ performance, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of restaurant/food service experience, including 3 years of supervisory experience managing a large restaurant team; Servsafe certification required; must be able to maintain appropriate Alcohol Awareness card
