Position: Goode Company Fish Camp Manager
About: Goode Co. is a restaurant chain that has been creating meaningful connections since 1977. They are looking for dedicated and passionate Restaurant Managers to join their team.
Requirements: 2 or more years of previous Restaurant Management Experience a must; Knowledge of all Kitchen (expo, mesquite, prep, line quality identifiers and standards), and Dining Room systems and operations (To Go, Host, Bar, and service standards); must demonstrate the ability to run effective shifts in all aspects of the restaurant; Strong financial acumen and P&L accountability experience required; Spanish speaking a plus, not required; Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; Excellent computer skills and Microsoft Office experience
