About: Armadillo Palace is seeking a dedicated General Manager to oversee its operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the restaurant while upholding high standards of customer service and financial management.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience in multi-unit operations, Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, Strong P&L knowledge, Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, Certifications in Food Safety Manager, Allergens, and TABC, Ability to manage large teams and various business directives, Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
