Position: Golf Ambassador/host
About: GolfDEN is seeking a charismatic and people-oriented Golf Host who builds relationships with guests, excels at using golf simulators, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and genuine hospitality in a dynamic environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous customer service experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting preferred; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure; attention to detail and strong organizational skills; legal age to serve alcohol where required by law; availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; familiarity with swing analysis technology and launch monitor technology; upbeat energy and enthusiasm with a cheerful outlook; ability to think on your feet and manage customer expectations; ability to work in a challenging environment; availability to be present in space at high value times; ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time and maneuver up and down stairs.
