Position: Global Meetings Coordinator
About: As a Global Meetings Coordinator at Capital Group, you will be part of a team in Los Angeles, California, responsible for managing internal meeting scheduling needs and providing seamless meeting coordination and business support. You will work collaboratively to ensure project goals are met, analyze data for reporting, and provide administrative support to the team.
Requirements: Possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workplace Experience, office management, or hospitality; high service orientation and integrity; strong communication and critical thinking skills; ability to work in a challenging environment and collaborate effectively; familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel; experience with EMS, videoconferencing, and project management tools.
