Position: Global Events Coordinator

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience; minimum of 2-5 years related experience in travel management or government contracting; effective communication skills both orally and in writing; intermediate skill in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint; knowledge of travel regulations, policies, and procedures; ability to use travel approval systems like Concur; attention to detail and ability to manage timely approvals and reimbursements; experience in providing contract support; ability to travel up to 30-50% of the time, including potential austere environments; must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust Waiver, requiring U.S. citizenship
