Position: Global Conferencing and Event Manager, Director

About: Morgan Stanley is seeking a Global Conferencing and Event Manager to lead comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of conferences and events at various locations. The Corporate Services division provides solutions for Morgan Stanley’s global workforce to work efficiently in service of clients. The Global Conferencing and Event team focuses on delivering exceptional experiences through expertly planned events, showcasing innovation and attention to detail.

Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in conferencing and event planning; Bachelor’s degree preferred in relevant discipline; Strategic thinker with keen eye for detail; Exceptional organization and project management skills; Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; Proficiency in event management software including Cvent and Microsoft Office Suite; Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
