Requirements: Knowledge of Breakfast and Lunch menu items; Knowledge of Specialty Coffee drinks and preparation; Knowledge of Aloha POS System; Alcohol training certified; Knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, and mixology; Familiarity with state liquor laws; Effective communication skills in English
