Position: Gerente de Operaciones de Almacn II
About: NFI Industries is looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager II responsible for the efficient operation of a 24/7 warehouse, with a focus on managing warehouse staff and implementing warehouse action plans. This role oversees a warehouse totaling between 500,000 to 1,000,000+ square feet, ensuring compliance with maintenance schedules, and conducting employee meetings. This position reports to the General Manager of the Distribution Center.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred; over 7 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment of 500,000 square feet; experience with warehouse management systems (preferably Manhattan); practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, warehouse/mechanical equipment, OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT, FDA regulations; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities; excellent talent management and team-building skills; excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; ability to work irregular or extended hours as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays; physically capable of standing or walking up to 10-12 hours, lifting and moving containers up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching regularly, walking long distances, and working in varying environmental conditions and noise levels.
