Position: General Sales Manager
About: As a General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring the sales team meets and exceeds company expectations. Representing as a role model to excel in providing an outstanding guest experience, working closely with the General Store Manager to lead sales initiatives and coach the sales team on performance of standard KPIs to achieve sales targets.
Requirements: Associate degree in Business Administration preferred, or a combination of related work experience; understanding of incentive and commission-based environments; effective time management, organization, attention to detail, and communication skills; ability to adapt to business demands and work extended hours including weekends.
