Position: General Manager, Willow & Ivy
About: The Lenox Hotel, located in Boston’s storied Back Bay neighborhood, is seeking a General Manager for their brand new restaurant, Willow & Ivy. The Lenox Hotel offers a sophisticated hotel experience with luxurious accommodations and personalized service, aiming to connect one-on-one with guests while customizing services.
Requirements: 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant environment; strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing teams; excellent organizational and time-management abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Toast and Opera a plus; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
