Position: General Manager – Washington, D.C. – HILTON experience required
About: This role is with a well-regarded hotel in Washington, D.C., located on-site offering an in-person position. The General Manager will oversee all hotel operations, ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction, and compliance with regulations and company standards.
Requirements: Minimum 3+ years as an AGM or GM in a major branded hotel setting; Candidate must possess the skills and experience to lead a team to consistently deliver exceptional guest service; Proven track record of meeting budgets, understanding P&L statements, and cost controls; Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; Development of leadership and hourly staff; Weekend availability required; Union experience preferred
