Position: General Manager, The St. Regis Washington, DC
About: St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, a luxury hotel and resort brand delivering exquisite experiences at more than 50 world-class locations worldwide, is seeking a strategic Business Leader for The St. Regis Washington D.C. to oversee all operational aspects, including guest and employee satisfaction, financial performance, and revenue generation. This role plays a key part in aligning property goals with Marriott International strategies for brand success and customer loyalty, fostering strong owner relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery and profitability.
Requirements: 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field; 8 years of management operations, sales and marketing, finance, or related experience required. OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in related field; 6 years of relevant professional experience preferred. General Manager experience in hospitality industry, willingness to work flexible hours, and progressive career growth in property industry are advantageous.
