Position: General Manager-Store – XtraMart

Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent; Leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel environment preferred; Experience in staff selection, training, and management; Proficient in labor allocation, sales strategies, and expense management; Strong coaching and team development skills; Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; Physically capable of repetitive standing, walking, handling, and lifting up to 50 lbs
