Position: General Manager – Store – XtraMart

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel environment preferred; experience in staff selection, training, and management; proficiency in labor allocation, sales building, and expense management; ability to lead and develop team members; physical fitness to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform various tasks during a shift; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; at least 18 years old; 1-2 years of supervisory experience
