Position: General Manager – Store – XtraMart

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel industry preferred; experience in staff selection, training, and management; familiarity with labor allocation, sales building, and expense management; ability to lead, coach, and develop team members; physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform various tasks during shifts; reliable transportation and valid driver’s license; minimum age of 18 years; 1-2 years of supervisory experience
