Position: General Manager-Store – XtraMart
About: Global Partners LP, a company with over 90 years of experience, is currently seeking a General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their retail store in compliance with company policies. Global Partners LP is a diversified energy company with a focus on delivering value and innovation to its guests and customers across the US.
Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel environment preferred; Experience in staff selection, training, and management; Proficiency in labor allocation, sales building, and expense management; Ability to lead and develop team members with strong leadership skills; Must be able to perform various physical tasks throughout a shift and lift up to 50 lbs
