About: A company in the food industry is seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Operations Manager to oversee the operational plan for the plant(s) and drive sales, profitability, and overall performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping strategies and policies, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and fostering growth opportunities within the market and with chain accounts.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience); Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a Leadership role in Sales, Manufacturing or Production, preferably in a meat processing environment; Knowledge of FSQA, Strong P&L experience, Sales, and strong leadership skills
