Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry with responsibility for financial results; passion for creating a great work environment for the team; customer-centric attitude focused on serving high-quality pizza with enthusiasm; honest, energetic, motivational, and fun personality; ability to set high standards and motivate teams; willingness to learn and grow; at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
