About: Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group is hiring a General Manager to lead the team at Panevino in Livingston, New Jersey. The group is a leader in the premium segment of the restaurant and catering industry, operating at high-profile venues such as Lincoln Center, Walt Disney World, and The Metropolitan Opera.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager in full-service restaurant, hotel, or similar food and beverage location; Strong wine and bar knowledge; Servsafe, Food Safety Handler, and TIPS certifications; Experience with P&Ls and budget monitoring; Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, point-of-sale systems, and reservation systems; No degree required
