Position: General Manager, Panevino Ristorante
About: Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group is hiring a General Manager to lead the team at Panevino in Livingston, New Jersey. The group operates restaurants and manages catering and food service operations at high-profile venues such as Lincoln Center, Walt Disney World, Disneyland, the Empire State Building, Grand Central Station, and The Metropolitan Opera. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service restaurant, hotel, or similar food and beverage location; strong wine and bar knowledge; certifications in Servsafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS); experience in P&L management; flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, point-of-sale systems, and reservation systems; no degree required
