Requirements: College Degree or equivalent education; Minimum of three-year experience as Executive Assistant Manager and/or Resident Manager; Knowledge of hotel operations, marketing plans, personnel and labor relations, budget management, quality assurance programs; Leadership skills; Excellent customer service and sales skills; Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Must be energetic, outgoing, and a team player
