Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 3 years’ experience in fast casual restaurant operations or relevant leadership; working knowledge of health and safety codes, payroll systems, and applicable employment laws; demonstrated P&L reporting skills; ability to set priorities, work independently or in a team, and maintain confidentiality; must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform various physical tasks.
