Position: General Manager – Multiple Restaurant Concepts
About: Altitude Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced General Manager to assist in opening a new facility encompassing various hospitality concepts such as restaurants, event space, and retail space. The GM will oversee all restaurant operations, drive sales, manage profit and loss, ensure employee performance, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and maintain guest satisfaction, reporting directly to the Director of Operations.
Requirements: 5 years of hospitality or general manager experience required; experience with a $3 million business revenue or more preferred; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; knowledge of safe food handling practices; familiarity with point of sale systems; strong customer service and leadership skills; eligibility to work in the United States; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
