Position: General Manager (Miami, Florida)

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; minimum of 5 years’ experience as a General Manager in luxury or upscale properties; vacation rental and hospitality experience essential; strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; proven ability to manage budgets, financial planning, revenue management, and capital improvement programs and budgets; excellent problem-solving skills; proficient in hotel management software and systems; exceptional interpersonal skills with an owner/customer-focused approach; ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
