Position: General Manager II
About: HMSHost, a company specializing in food and beverage services at airports, is seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager II to oversee a complex Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Casual Dine Restaurant with annual sales exceeding $4M. The role involves ensuring high operational and financial standards, staff management, and overall restaurant success within the assigned location.
Requirements: GMIIs must have a minimum of 3 years of restaurant P&L management experience, with a total of 5-7 years of working experience in the restaurant industry; graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for part of the experience requirement; proficiency in team management, multitasking, and issue resolution; strong knowledge of HMSHost policies, products, and operations standards; effective communication skills both verbally and in writing
