Position: General Manager II
About: Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar at HMSHost, located in Concourse C, Gate C06 at Charlotte Airport in North Carolina, offers a rewarding career opportunity for a General Manager II. The GMII will have the responsibility to manage a complex QSR or Casual Dine Restaurant or a small cluster of restaurants with annual sales exceeding $4M, ensuring high operational and financial standards are met.
Requirements: GMIIs must have 3 years of restaurant P&L management experience with 5-7 years of overall restaurant experience; graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for experience; demonstrates team management, delegation, issue resolution skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities; knowledge of HMSHost policies, products, quality standards; ability to communicate effectively and comprehend instructions and policies.
