Position: General Manager II
About: Leahi Market Bar, located in the Diamond Head Terminal, Gate 11 of the Daniel Inouye International Airport in Honolulu, Hawaii, is currently seeking a General Manager II to oversee their complex QSR or Casual Dine Restaurant. The role involves maintaining high operational and financial standards in a fast-paced environment with annual sales generally exceeding $4M, ensuring staff readiness, and upholding exceptional customer service standards.
Requirements: GMIIs must have documented and demonstrated skills managing restaurant types, such as QSR, Casual Dine, Full-Service, with at least 3 years of restaurant P&L management experience and 5-7 years of overall restaurant experience. Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute part of the experience requirement. Strong team management, delegation, issue resolution, and multitasking abilities are essential. Familiarity with HMSHost policies, products, service, quality, and operations standards is required.
