Position: General Manager I
About: Aramark, a global provider of food, facilities, and uniform services operating in 15 countries, is seeking a General Manager to oversee multiple contracted services for clients generating significant revenue to meet operational and financial goals. The General Manager role involves leading a team to provide exceptional service, focusing on client needs, and ensuring operational excellence and safety adherence.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree level education highly preferred in areas such as Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management; ability to prioritize client and customer services, entrepreneurial skills, and business development experience essential; strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, senior management, and support staff; familiarity with contractual requirements and operational issues; significant background in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment; proven leadership in managing teams and budgets, implementing sales strategies, and operational initiatives; 15 years of school food service administrative experience
