Position: General Manager I
About: Offerdahl’s Cafe at HMSHost, located in Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Terminal 1, Concourse C, Gate C02, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager I to oversee the operations of a QSR restaurant or small cluster of restaurants. The ideal candidate will ensure the restaurant meets high operational and financial standards while providing exceptional customer service and leadership to the team.
Requirements: GMIs must have a minimum of 3 years of restaurant P&L management experience, with a total of 5-7 years of overall working restaurant experience; graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute a portion of the experience requirement; strong team management, delegation, and priority management skills; knowledge of HMSHost policies, products, and operational standards; ability to effectively communicate and comprehend instructions and converse comfortably with others.
