Position: General Manager I

The GM oversees the operational and financial aspects of the restaurant while making crucial leadership decisions for its success.
Requirements: GMIs must have a minimum of 3 years of restaurant P&L management experience and 5-7 years of overall restaurant experience. Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for part of the experience requirement. Strong team management, delegation, issue resolution skills, and familiarity with HMSHost policies and operations are essential. Ability to comprehend instructions, converse effectively, and uphold safety standards is required.
