Position: General Manager I
About: HARVEST TABLE CULINARY GROUP is seeking a General Manager to lead and manage multiple contracted services for clients generating significant revenue. The General Manager will be responsible for achieving operational and financial goals, meeting client objectives, and ensuring customer satisfaction in various service areas such as food service, facility support, custodial services, retail, and transportation. This role requires strong operational management skills, client relationship building, financial acumen, and a focus on safety.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management; client and customer service focus; interpersonal and communication skills; experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment; leadership experience; budget management skills; experience in creating and implementing operational strategies and programs.
