Position: General Manager I

About: The purpose of the General Manager I (GM) position is to manage a QSR restaurant or small cluster of restaurants in close proximity with sales generally up to $5M. The GM ensures the restaurant operates to high operational and financial standards, making leadership decisions crucial for the overall success of the restaurant.

Requirements: GMIs must have documented and demonstrated skills managing various types of restaurants, including QSR, Casual Dine, Full Service, etc. Minimum 3 years of restaurant P&L management experience and 5-7 years of overall restaurant experience necessary. Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for some experience. Team management, delegation, issue resolution skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities required. Knowledge of HMSHost policies, products, service, quality, and operations standards essential.
