Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; restaurant management experience; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; flexible availability including weekends and holidays; team-oriented and reliable with excellent customer service skills; strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities; proficiency in inventory management and cost control; familiarity with restaurant management software; knowledge of food service industry regulations
