Position: GENERAL MANAGER GM
About: Martin’s Restaurants is a growing company that has been in business in the metro Atlanta area for 60 years. It consists of 20 Quick Serve Restaurants across eight metro Atlanta counties, serving breakfast and lunch, and closing each day at 3pm. Martin’s continues to expand and currently has openings for Restaurant General Managers.
Requirements: Strong customer service skills and thorough knowledge of restaurant operations; Ability to perform and train in all positions in the restaurant; Ability to organize own workload and workload of others; Show strong leadership qualities and maintain respect of team members, supervisors, and customers; High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent; College degree or college classes in business and/or management related subjects preferred
