Position: GENERAL MANAGER GM
About: Martin’s Restaurants is a growing company that has been in business in the metro Atlanta area for 60 years. We are made up of 20 Quick Serve Restaurants located across eight metro Atlanta counties, serving breakfast and lunch, and close each day at 3pm. As Martin’s continues to grow, we have openings for restaurant General Managers.
Requirements: High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent; College degree or college classes in business and/or management related subjects preferred; Strong customer service skills and thorough knowledge of restaurant operations; Ability to perform and train in all positions in the restaurant; Ability to organize own workload and workload of others; Show strong leadership qualities and maintain respect of team members, supervisors, and customers; Successful track record as an assistant manager, or one year experience in a similar position of responsibility, or college degree if no restaurant or management experience
