Position: General Manager – Garden Court
About: The Palace Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel in San Francisco, is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Restaurant Operations Manager. As part of the Marriott International group, this luxurious hotel boasts over 120 properties in more than 35 countries, offering unique and authentic experiences to travelers worldwide.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 6 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or a related professional area. 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major; 4 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge in customer and personal service, economics and accounting, analytical and critical thinking, management of financial resources, and administration and management.
