About: The company is seeking a General Manager to oversee and manage the operations of a single property, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company standards for guest satisfaction and profitability. The role involves coordinating staff, maximizing revenues, managing expenses, overseeing sales activities, and maintaining relationships with local businesses to enhance the property’s visibility in the market.
Requirements: Minimum three years related hospitality management experience required; 4-year degree highly preferred. Basic knowledge of computers and software including ability to use e-mail, word processing, and spreadsheet software. Ability to organize multiple projects, manage and prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Ability to manage and direct a staff to perform daily job tasks.
